Welcome to our blogsite.

A place where you can connect and collaborate with your peers – human resources, benefits and communication professionals.

A place where you can experience a blog.

A place where you can experiment being a blogger.

So, let’s talk!

Open Enrollment. As soon as one’s over, you have to start planning for the next.  For HR and benefits professionals, it’s similar to that Sunday night syndrome — the post-enrollment “weekend” is winding down and the “Monday” planning sessions loom.

A big part of your plan is how to communicate to employees. Will there be cost increases? More cost sharing? How will you get employees to pay attention, enroll on time and make informed choices?

It’s a challenge for employees as well.  See what we’ve heard from employees in Open Enrollment: Employees Speak Out. Is this what you’re hearing?

What about open enrollment keeps you up at night?
